What You’ll Do:

  • Support Salon Operations: Assist the Salon Manager in overseeing daily operations and provide leadership and tools to ensure stylist success.
  • Lead by Example: Deliver all hair care services offered by Cost Cutters with the highest quality, setting the standard for excellence.
  • Coach and Mentor: Act as a coach and mentor to salon employees, fostering a positive work environment and bringing out the best in your team.
  • Recruit and Develop Talent: Assist in hiring, recruiting, and training staff while handling conflicts and client complaints with professionalism.
  • Pathway to Advancement: As an Assistant Salon Manager, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a Salon Manager role, with promotion from within being a key focus.
